At Intentional Teas LLC, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality loose leaf tea. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a straightforward return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at intentionalteas@gmail.com.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe and secure return delivery.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different tea, please place a new order and initiate a return for the original item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or with any defects, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used tea packages are non-returnable.

8. Custom Blends:

  • Custom tea blends are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
